These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 555cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://555cx.cam and all associated services, products, content and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have already registered, request account closure through our support team.

The following terms, when used in this document, carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active account with 555cx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator and/or the applicable license jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, restricted or requires a specific licence not held by 555cx.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee, contractor or director of 555cx or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion order that would preclude your use of online gambling services.
• You have not previously had a 555cx account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested by 555cx for the purposes of account operation and identity verification. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

Account registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy. Registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 555cx grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial purpose.
• Wager only funds that you own outright and that you can afford to lose without material financial hardship.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify 555cx immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and third-party rights in your use of the Platform.
• Not access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any other non-human means without prior written authorisation from 555cx.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 555cx does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates or emergency interventions that may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 555cx does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing funds on behalf of another user, or receiving deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited.

The Platform displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The available deposit methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are detailed within the cashier section of your account. Payment-method availability may change without prior notice.

Payment references familiar to users across Pakistan — including bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as deposit channels where active. Digital wallet options familiar to users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other Pakistani cities may also be available. Cryptocurrency deposits, including BTC and USDT, are accepted subject to current platform configuration.

555cx reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any deposit where there is a reasonable concern regarding the source of funds. Deposits made through methods that are later found to be fraudulent, reversed or subject to a chargeback will result in the equivalent amount being deducted from your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. 555cx reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed via a specific method for compliance or operational reasons.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where identity verification has not been completed. The processing timeframe for withdrawals depends on the selected method and may be subject to internal review periods.

The following conditions apply to withdrawal eligibility:

• The account must not be subject to an active investigation, suspension or self-exclusion period.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals must originate from funds deposited and wagered in good faith. 555cx reserves the right to reverse withdrawals and close accounts where funds are found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.

555cx may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer, including but not limited to:

• Minimum qualifying deposit amount (e.g., a welcome deposit bonus may require a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000).
• Wagering requirements — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they convert to withdrawable funds.
• Game contribution rates — not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Expiry period — bonus funds not used within the stated window will be forfeited.
• Eligibility restrictions — bonuses may be limited to new registrations, specific geographic regions or specific account tiers.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation, recovery of any derived winnings and potential permanent account closure.

555cx reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible users in good faith.

All wagers placed through 555cx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game or event at the time the bet is accepted. These rules govern outcomes, settlement, void conditions and any other event-specific considerations.

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC — are settled in accordance with official result sources. In the event of ambiguity, 555cx's decision on settlement shall be final.

Casino and live-dealer game outcomes are determined by the underlying game mechanics and, in the case of live tables, by the physical dealing of cards or operation of the wheel by qualified dealers. 555cx does not control random number generation for third-party game titles and accepts no liability for technical malfunctions originating within third-party game engines.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or system failure during a game round:

• Where the round can be completed and the result verified, it will be settled normally.
• Where the round cannot be determined with certainty, the stake may be refunded at 555cx's discretion.
• 555cx accepts no liability for losses caused by service interruptions originating from factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555cx platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist-financing or other illegal financial activity.
• Employing any software, algorithm, bot, AI tool or technical device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other users or platform employees to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any strategy designed systematically to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, or circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies or similar technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that may damage, disrupt or impose an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 555cx employees or other users through any communication channel.

555cx operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as a condition of operating the Platform. By creating an account, you agree to cooperate fully with these procedures.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal above the applicable threshold is processed. You may also be required to complete verification at any earlier stage, including upon registration or before a bonus is credited, at 555cx's sole discretion.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A document issued within the last three months showing your current residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Source of Funds: Where deposit patterns trigger AML review, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of the funds used for wagering may be required.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and retention of funds pending resolution of the verification matter.

555cx is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be activated directly from the account dashboard without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications triggered after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term account suspension of not less than six months. Self-exclusion requests will not be reversed before the elected period expires.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555cx, its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business or goodwill, whether or not foreseeable and whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
• Any technical failure, delay or interruption of the Platform caused by factors outside 555cx's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, force majeure events or third-party system failures.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics or market data displayed on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 555cx's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on the 555cx Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, written copy, software, game interfaces, graphics and data compilations — is the property of 555cx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted no rights in or to any intellectual property on the Platform other than the limited personal-use licence described in Section 5 of these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from 555cx.

555cx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 555cx support. Upon closure of your account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via an eligible withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

555cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, compliance or legal obligation requiring account closure.

In cases of account closure for cause, 555cx reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where funds are forfeited due to proven misconduct, no refund or compensation will be payable.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555cx holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact 555cx support in the first instance to seek a resolution. 555cx will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve disputes in good faith.
